Exercise of Options

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.

VR Education (AIM: VRE; Euronext Growth: 6VR), a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company focused on the education and enterprise training space, announces that it has received notification for the exercise of options over 330,447 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of €0.026 (2.3 pence) per share providing the Company with gross proceeds of €8,591.62 (£7,600.28) ("Option Exercise").

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 330,447 new ordinary shares resulting from the Option Exercise to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth.  Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around 22 June 2020.  The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the issue of shares detailed above the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 241,750,955 ordinary shares of €0.001 each. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
