VR Education Holdings plc, a virtual reality ('VR') technology company which recently confirmed its planned name change to ENGAGE XR Holdings plc^[1], is pleased to announce that the group company and its proprietary software platform ENGAGE has been awarded ISO27001 certification.  

ISO27001 is an internationally recognised information management security standard. The certification will speed up the process of procurement that larger companies and organisations are required to go through before adopting ENGAGE.

ENGAGE provides users with a platform for creating, sharing, and delivering VR content for education, training, and online events through its three solutions: Virtual Campus, Virtual Office, and Virtual Events. Furthermore, the Group is developing a new fully featured corporate metaverse, codenamed "ENGAGE Oasis", with the launch expected in the first half of 2022.

The ISO27001 certification is a major milestone for the Group and is expected to be a major help in accelerating adoption of the new metaverse by corporate users.
